Terms & Conditions of Sale Contract

1.       All quotes are unique, and Tailored to suit an individual client.

2.       All bookings are to be paid for in advance via Paypal. We will send a unique invoice via e-mail. This is to be paid for via Paypal using any debit or credit card. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to do this.

3.       We cannot accept either Cash  Payments, Bank Transfers, Telephone Payments or cheque.

4.       Once terms have been agreed with the client we will issue an invoice via e-mail. The client is given 1 week to complete payment. If the payment has not been received the booking date will be open to the General Public again.

5.       As all quotes are unique, the terms agreed for your event (such as type of reading etc) cannot be altered without prior agreement. For instance if the client originally requests Tarot Readings, but at the Event decides they would like Crystal Ball, unfortunately we will not be able to provide this.

6.       At the Event, we promise to arrive 5-10mins early. This is to familiarise ourselves with the area, e.g. Fire Exits, Toilets. And of course to meet our Client in Person. Unless otherwise discussed we will leave at the time the booking has been agreed for.

7.       We expect an area dedicated to our art. We are dedicated to providing an excellent service and require a comfortable area to work. Such as a table with two chairs. A certain level of privacy is needed to provide readings. Please arrange an area that is away from loud music.

8.       We reserve the right to refuse to provide readings to Under 18’s, very intoxicated persons (giddy and merry are fine J) and people who are abusive. Abusive = Aggressive, intimidating or threatening behaviour. Not only does this make our Readers feel uncomfortable, it also disrupts the energy needed for readings. If for any reason the sitter is injured or assaulted in anyway (not that we expect this to happen!) the sitter shall leave regardless of how much time is left on the booking and the contract will be deemed to be fulfilled.

9.       At the Event we will take instructions from the person, or other named person on the booking. We will not take instruction from any other Patrons (Unless in case of an emergency of course). Example = It is possible during an Event that one Patron will demand an extra long reading. Of course if our contract states that we are to provide 10min readings, a long reading will mean we serve less people. We intend to work to the contract agreed, and will not provide occasional long readings unless agreed in advance.

10.   We have a minimum booking of 2hrs with the Maximum booking of 4hrs.

11.   In order to feel comfortable our readers will need to have access to a soft drink and the Bathroom.

12.   Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel our service after the booking has been paid for these are the time limitations:

(i)                   More than 30 days in advance = 80% refund of fee’s paid

(ii)                 More than 7 days but less than 30 days = 50% refund of fee’s paid.

(iii)                More than 2 days but less than 7 days = 20% refund of fee’s paid

(iv)                Less than 2 days notice = 0% Refund

 

 

13.   All refund/ cancellations requests need to be received in writing via e-mail. The refund will be returned to the payment method used in the original booking within 7 day less the cancellation fee.

14.   At the event we will the client to sign a timesheet of attendance for our reader(s). At the beginning and at the end. Please make sure  the person(s) named on the booking is available to attend to this.             

15.   We aim to provide a Service that is Par Excellence. However the readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. Any information provided during a reading should at no time be regarded as legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial fact. Any actions taken by you the customer and patrons at the event are solely your/ their choice and responsibility. This service is not available for under 18’s.Nor is it available for Persons with Mental Health problems or disabilities which inhibit their ability to differentiate between entertainment and fact.

16.   Privacy: All readings/ messages provided by our readers are completely confidential. The identity of the sitter and content of the reading, including what the reader and sitter discus is completely confidential.

17.   The information Par Excellence retain as part of the business contract is confidential. We operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act in accordance with English Law. Under no circumstances will we divulge your information to a 3rd Party unless the Law requires us to do so.

18.  For advertising purposes we reserve the right to mention on our website and other advertising paraphanalia the client and or event we have worked at. This does not affect the privacy mentioned in clause 17.
